All of our shipment are via Canada post Xpress Post. Except for U.S.A and Australia, for which we use Fedex and U.P.S. If you have different requirements we will try our best to accommodate you. We always work with our customers for the best possible solution. |

Aircraft Controls Engineering (ACE) warrants our products against defects in materials or workmanship for one year. ACE will (at it's option) either repair or replace equipment at no charge (shipping extra) to include the following components:
+ Cables
+ Springs
+ Dampers
+ Gears
+ Internal wiring
+ Internal castings
+ Internal Electronics
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alterations, improper service, improper installation, improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Any service or repair provided outside the scope of this limited warranty shall be at ACE rates and terms in effect. |

No. You require written approval via email by Ace staff for any individual repairs.
Unauthorized repair also including opening, Tempering with any ACE products will not be covered by our Warranty terms. All Repairs, Upgrades and Modifications must be Approved by ACE Staff. |
